Government Operations​

  • 2.1 Defense Rights: Employees may use all available means of defense to protect senior officials when in danger.
  • 2.2 Event Organization: The government can host large-scale public events daily, such as car fairs and trading platforms.
  • 2.3 Event Coordination: Major events must be coordinated with the faction's curator.
  • 2.4 Civilian Regulations: The government can set regulations for civilian access to the Capitol.
  • 2.5 Legal Rights: Lawyers have the right to request and obtain evidence against accused individuals without denial.
  • 2.6 Inspection Regulations: The government can conduct up to seven public and private inspections per week, with no more than two inspections of a single faction.
  • 2.7 Employee Dismissal: Following an internal review, a government audit can dismiss any public or private organization employee if they are found to have violated rules.
  • 2.8 Law Negotiation: All laws and bills must be negotiated with heads of public and private organizations affected by the legislation.
  • 2.9 Law Creation: The government can create laws and bills, provided they do not contradict the RP logic or principles.
  • 2.10 Treasury Use: It is prohibited for government officials to use treasury funds for personal purposes.
  • 2.11 Licensing Power: The government can issue various licenses, with pricing regulated by the organizational leader.
  • 2.12 Legal Staff Requirements: The government should employ at least two qualified lawyers capable of representing interests as needed.
  • 2.13 Event Requirement: The state government must organize small to medium-sized events for residents at least once every three days.

EMS Regulations​

  • 3.1 Assistance Obligation: Hospital staff must provide medical assistance to every player without exception.
  • 3.2 Internal Regulations: The chief doctor is responsible for setting hospital rules, which must be approved by both the government and the curator.
  • 3.3 Disease Checks: The chief doctor is permitted to conduct health checks on state organizations up to twice per week per organization.

National Guard Protocols​

  • 4.1 Duty Boundaries: National Guard personnel must remain within Fort Zancudo during their duty hours unless permitted otherwise by their leader.
  • 4.2 Law Adherence: All National Guard members must comply with state laws.
  • 4.3 Arrest Authority: National Guard can arrest individuals and transfer them to any state organization, except for EMS.
  • 4.4 Weapon Use: National Guard members may use weapons in emergency situations.
  • 4.5 Crime Patrols: The National Guard's special division is authorized to patrol the state for criminal activity.
  • 4.6 Gatekeeping Schedule: Gate watchkeeping is enforced from 12:00 to 22:00; outside these hours, personnel may leave their posts.

LSPD/SAHP/FIB Guidelines​

  • 5.1 Arrest Powers: These state organizations can arrest individuals suspected of criminal activities.
  • 5.2 Interaction Protocols: Personnel cannot stop, search, or demand identification from a person without a valid in-character (IC) reason.
  • 5.3 Weapon Use: Officers may use weapons when required by the role-play situation.
  • 5.4 Arrest During Conflicts: Arrests cannot be made until a gunfight has concluded. Non-compliance will result in a verbal warning.
  • 5.5 Ghetto Patrols: Patrolling ghettos requires at least two special officers, and failure to comply will lead to a verbal warning.
  • 5.6 Bodycam Requirement: A bodycam is required for every arrest to provide evidence. Absence of evidence results in a verbal warning.
  • 5.7 Emergency Support: In case of an attack, officers can request backup from all available forces (Code 0).
  • 5.8 Mask Removal Prohibition: It is forbidden to remove masks from critically wounded criminals, punishable by a Demorgan of 300 minutes.
  • 5.9 Identification Procedure: Masks may be removed only for identification purposes during detention or for entering data into the state database.
  • 5.10 Official Transport Use: Use of personal vehicles for official calls is prohibited, with exceptions for undercover operations (specific to the FIB department).
  • 5.11 Personal Use of Vehicles: Official vehicles cannot be used for personal purposes, leading to a verbal warning.
  • 5.12 EMS Interference: Officers cannot stop EMS personnel during their emergency calls unless it involves a special operation, punishable by a Demorgan of 120 minutes.

Raid Protocols​

  • Raid Participation: Raids involve FIB, Central Police, National Guard, and SAHP officers. The purpose is to dismantle criminal operations and can result in the seizure of 30% of weapons from the raided gang's warehouse.
  • Raid Justification: Raids must be justified with an IC reason, such as frequent law violations, terrorist activities, hostage situations, or ongoing investigations.
  • Evidence Storage: Materials collected during raids must be stored in a case file for 4-7 days.

General Rules for Raid​

  • 6.1 Justifiable Cause: Raids must be conducted for a serious in-character (IC) reason, such as a well-documented case file against a criminal organization.
  • 6.2 Game Presence: It is forbidden to exit the game during an active raid.
  • 6.3 Raid Location: Raids must only be carried out within territories controlled by criminal organizations.
  • 6.4 Person Searches: State employees have the authority to search any individual within the raid area.
  • 6.5 Minimum Participation: A minimum of 10 state employees are required to participate in a raid.
  • 6.6 Frequency Limit: Each state organization can initiate a raid no more than once every 48 hours.
  • 6.7 Optimal Timing: Prime time for conducting raids is between 19:00 and 00:00.
  • 6.8 Warrant Requirement: Raid warrants must be issued by the Attorney General's Office, or, in the absence of government, by the head of the FIB department.
  • 6.9 Vehicle Searches: Vehicles within criminal territories may be searched during raids.
  • 6.10 Identification Verification: Personal Digital Assistants (PDAs) count as OOC information. To arrest a wanted criminal, officers must first verify identity through a passport check.

General Rules for State Operations​

  • 1.1 Standard Compliance: All staff members are required to adhere to established standards.
  • 1.2 Organizational Transfers: Transferring members between organizations without mutual leader agreement is prohibited.
  • 1.3 Criminal Background: Hiring individuals with a criminal record is forbidden.
  • 1.4 Armored Vehicles: Driving armored vehicles in urban areas without an escort is not allowed.
  • 1.5 Search and Seizure: LSPD employees may search vehicles for illegal items, which must be recorded on video.
  • 1.6 Role Play Commands: Searching a vehicle requires the use of appropriate role-play commands.
  • 1.7 FIB Leadership in Operations: FIB may lead special operations involving other organizations.
  • 1.8 Law Adherence: All laws written by the government must be followed by state organizations.
  • 1.9 Emergency Response: In emergencies, all state organizations, including EMS, must respond appropriately.
  • 1.10 Mask Protocol: State employees are not permitted to wear masks on duty unless they are part of special forces.
  • 1.11 Search Warrant: Searching vehicles or individuals during a raid requires a proper search warrant.
  • 1.12 Role of 'Bad Cops': A limited number of 'bad cop' roles are allowed per organization, subject to approval.
  • 1.13 Gang Territory Access: State employees must have a valid IC reason to enter the main activity areas of gangs.
  • 1.14 Arrest Processing Time: After arresting an individual, officers have 25 minutes to jail them, extendable if legal representation is present.
  • 1.15 Combat Looting: State employees are not allowed to loot during a gunfight.
  • 1.16 Treatment of Detainees: Mishandling detained individuals, such as running while they are handcuffed, is prohibited.
  • 1.17 Armored Vehicle Fire: Shooting from armored vehicles is forbidden.
  • 1.18 EMS in Combat Zones: EMS must not assist unconscious individuals during active gunfights.
  • 1.19 Barricade Placement: Placing barricades that block access to essential panels is prohibited.
  • 1.20 Legislative Amendments: The governor must discuss amendments with state organization leaders and document changes in official channels.
  • 1.21 Legislative Review: Leaders have 48 hours to review and respond to legislative changes.
  • 1.22 Leader Agreement: Leaders must formally approve legislative changes in designated channels.
  • 1.23 Disagreement Protocol: Leaders cannot reject legislative changes without a valid reason.
  • 1.24 Amendment Approval: All amendments require approval by the Senior Curator of State.
  • 1.25 Ghetto Patrols: State organizations must patrol ghetto areas at least three times per week with a minimum of eight personnel.

Lifeinvader Event Rules​
