2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
1 . I wanted to be leader of a gang from 1 months , I have been working in gangs as deputy and under-deputy. For me, leadership isn’t about calling shots it’s about making sure everyone’s good, heard, and moving with purpose. I want to build real trust and unity within the crew.
2. I want vagos to be the top gang in gettho and The LEOS to be under it , we will make sure to have the best events and follow the rules.
3. I am going to be active , I have seen many gangs getting disbanned or not being active because there leaders never play , I want to fix that and be active as much as I can.
4. I will pay huge bonus , I will guy the battlepass and buy more gc to fund my gang , another reason gangs are not active is not enough bonus , I will try my best to give everyone good bonus , so we all earn together
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
A) 1. Make sure everybody knows the rules and High Commands are active and good
2. Do turfing in the gettho and become the most dangerous gang.
3. Make sure the gang is active all the time , even in my absence the high commands are doing all the events on time and getting atleast 10 people in clands
4. Make sure everybody in my gang hits 5 million at the end of my term in there bank , from the earnings of gang
