2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
2.1. I wanna be leader of Vagos because Vagos was my first gang that i joined and i have been deputy 4 times in criminal organisations and i believe i have gained enough experiences to become a leader.
2.2. I have seen from the past few months most gangs are active in the start of the term and inactive at the middle of the term, so i will make sure this doesn't happen .
2.3. I want to make my term of Vagos the most active , the most feared and the strongest gang in history .
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
3.1 . I will make sure my gang does Minimum 1 FZ and 2 Store Robberies in a day .
3.2. I will dominate Clands and get every parachute .
3.3. I will make sure No toxicity between gang members happens.
3.4. I will hire HCs with good experience and knowledge of the city that will take the interviews thoroughly for hiring new members into the gang.
3.5. I will make sure there are max numbers in every event .
3.6 I will give bonuses after every event .
