2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
The LifeInvader organization is one of the most well-known, and it is known for its services and events. I will make more of an impact on RolePlay by organizing more daily events and, if necessary, working with other organizations. A chief executive officer's primary responsibilities include keeping the public informed of city events through the posting of articles or videos, ensuring that the advertisement board does not overflow, which can irritate citizens, ensuring that ticket service customers are satisfied, and ensuring that employees are satisfied within the organization. I will concentrate on these areas and ensure the organization runs smoothly using my experience and leadership skills.
A motivated team is the foundation of a strong organization, and in order to boost employee morale, I will promptly offer bonuses, incentives, and promotions to employees for their hard work. In addition, I will concentrate on connecting with workers and gathering their feedback, as well as reviewing department reports from each department's Head and deputies to ensure that all HODs, DHODs, Head Directors, and other HC are effectively carrying out their responsibilities. LifeInvader's overall growth depends on employees' close bonds, internal communication, and leadership. I will direct the team in the right direction and toward ongoing advancement.
Last but not least, I'd like to say that I've worked as a LI on other RP servers, and I want to bring RP here and make it the best RP server.
3. Your advice for improving the Role Play level in the organization.
Ads Department: The Ads Department is one of the most important and backbone of LifeInvader, that works for 24/7 non stop. Its one of the largest department in the organization responsible for editing and publishing the customer Ads. I will be focusing on minimizing incorrect Ads by making sure all HC are active and regularly check the publishing board for any incorrect Ads. Recruiting more employees for night shift and ensuring PDA doesn't overflow by hiring more staff during peak hours. Also promoting active and deserving employees to HC team that will smoother the operations.
News Department: The News Department plays a critical role in keeping citizens aware about the daily events and city happenings through news articles or videos. After becoming the CEO my main focus on this department will be on increasing the number of news articles and videos shared everyday. More interviews and active reporting will be promoted for the news employees to do so that the citizens gets to know what is currently happening in the city.
Event Department: The Events Department organizes the events and is the heartbeat of LifeInvader public interaction, where the citizens participate to enjoy and earn prizes. I will be making sure that events are organized each day that are unique and fun. Also creating internal events for the employees to relieve stress after working for too long. This will increase the interaction among the employees and citizens.
HR Department: HR department is the vital to maintain smooth and efficient organization by recruiting employees and proving them with proper training. The HR Department will be doing 2-3 open recruitments for key departments like Events, News or Ads.
IA Department: This department conducts background checks and monitors employee conduct. The department will be randomly checking the backgrounds of the employees, conducting the trunks checks of the organization vehicles to ensure no illegal items are in the trunks.
Regular Meetings with HOD & DHOD: Hosting weekly meeting with the department heads and deputies to review their department progress, discuss challenges and gathering suggestions for how to improve their departments. This ensures the organization continues to update and meet its desired goals.
Employee Meetings: Employees meetings will be conducted for the employees who wants to give suggestions about any specific departments, for discussion or feedbacks. This will improve overall morale and also create a friendly environment where employees feel valued and respected.
Timely Client Services: One of the responsibility of a CEO is client ticket services. I will make sure to provide efficient ticket services and ensure all tickets are handled professionally and promptly. Keeping clients satisfied with the service will be one of my main priorities.
Promotion: Employees will be promoted based on their credibility and work ethic, not through connections. This will encourage hard work and eliminate favoritism.
