2.Why do I want to be a leader of the NG organization?
1.I want to become the Leader of the National Guard because I believe the foundation of NG is strong and disciplined base security. Our entire purpose is to protect the military base, control access, and stay fully prepared for any external threat or gang raid. My goal is to strengthen the base defense system to a level where no raid catches us off-guard. I want to develop proper gate procedures, improve communication between security units, and ensure that every soldier understands their defensive position and their priority during breaches. With proper training, coordination, and strict protocols, I want NG to be known as the most great defensive force of the state. Protecting the base isn't just a task; it's the responsibility that defines NG-and I want to make sure we excel at it every single day.
2. I saw that most of HR are not great and not hiring to let's fix that we need better hr and no favoritism only disciplined and hard working HR also to have great National Guards to protect our base and train them very hard. NG is useless if members don’t know how to handle raids then NG is doom they need to know how to handle raids. I want to train the team in positions, callouts, and how to hold the base properly and disciplined when gangs try to breach Ng needs to protectthe base at all cost. A well trained NG will defend the base easily and I want to build that kind of strong unit and the best unit to make my management the best and work hard no favoritism.
3.I also saw that sometimes the gates are empty no one Guarding in the NG gates. My aim is to improve schedules not a single time wasted, assign proper duties at every time, keep members active, and make the environment more professional So that unauthorized people will be able to come inside without any permission With good management, NG becomes smooth, active, and enjoyable for everyone in the base the base is now strong and the best base.
3.Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in NG
1. Follow Gate Procedures Very Strictly
Every National Guard should follow basic RP like:
-Checking IDs
-Asking reason for entering
-Logging visitors
-Warning before force
This simple RP makes NG look professional and very disciplined and we'll mannered
2. More Internal Trainings
Instead of random playing, regular trainings like:
-gate protocol
-base patrolling
-anti-raid positions
-communication drills
These increase RP quality of National Guard instantly if they can do instantly
3. Keeping Base Clean And Very Organized
Members should stay in uniform and they
cant go outside from the gates on duty, follow orders from general, stand in proper positions, and avoid roaming around the base for no reason. Clean discipline amd Well mannered
Department:-
Human Resources (HR) - Conducting interviews, providing training, allotting logs.
Military Police - Checking logs, monitoring activity, conducting body cam checks, and performing background checks every week and every month
Black ops - Attending FZ raids, store robberies black, market raids, and performing ammo runs along with other events
Airforce - Providing air support, drop/pickup on events checking gang activity near the NG base, and giving backup during ammo runs by air
