1) strong leadership vision
I want to make LSPD where Discipline, teamwork, professionalism, fairness before anything else. My goal is to create the department that feels organised. Professional and enjoyable for every member.
2) Solid Experience in Law Enforcement Roleplay.
I've spend a long time in RP And I've experience of Deputy Chief of Los Santos Police Department, which help me to understand internal structures, Chain of command, and how to improve RP quality within a department. This experience gave me confidence to lead efficiently.
3) Focus on improving RP Quality.
I want to raise the RP standard of LSPD through training, structured systems and clear communication. A well-run police department improves the RP quality of entire server and i want to contribute in that growth.
3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
a) Encourage the police officers to slow down and create meaningful roleplay moments.
b) Maintain proper radio discipline, call out structure, and teamwork during situations.
c) Conduct weekly trainings, Scenario - based drills, and daily briefing.
d) Promote fairness and remove toxicity to keep the environment welcoming.
e) Ensure every member understands SOPs, legal codes, and their responsibilities.
