2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
a) LifeInvader has always been a part of my in city experience.
b) I have joined other organisations in the past, like EMS or gangs, but none other feel like home like LI does. I want to put any skills that I have into making it better and continuing the work of previous leaders to further ameliorate the LI experience for all new members.
c) Having had experience in the organisation for so long I have collected various new ideas on how to lead a successful term, combining my last leader experience with all the previous terms I helped with.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
a) Firstly, I'm going to use the Headquarters more, hosting meetings, events and consultations weekly within the walls of our offices.
b) I will move some of the organisation's procedures from discord to in city, for example new employee interviews and training, along with any other procedure that can be done practi.
c) I will introduce new types of events, along with the people favourite classic ones, and include more interaction with the rest of the city's organisations, co-hosting events and joining forces to create new experiences for all participants, employees and citizens both.
