2.1) Lately, I have been very active in the city and gained a lot of experience on both the legal and criminal sides. I have been Under-deputy in almost all gangs, so i know how things work. Now i want to take the next step and lead. I like Marabunta HQ because it's in a good location and has great potential to increase activity in its ghetto. I want to try leading it and make the ghetto more active. I will choose trusted deputies, a strong high command and build a good turf team.
2.2) I will keep families active every day with events and RP. I will make sure we attend all gang raids, store robberies, hostage situations, FZ raids and all other events. I fully trust my turf deputies. They have lots of experience and always put in their best effort. My turf team is very strong and that makes me confident we will succeed. I want families to be fun, strong and known in the city.
2.3) Now i believe that i can take full responsibility as a leader. I know what is needed to keep the gang active and organized. I am ready for the role and i will prove to the curators that i can handle it. I will work hard to grow families and bring in as many solid members as possible. I will keep recruiting new people and make sure everyone feels like they belong and have support. Keeping the gang strong will help us grow and make families one of the most feared gangs in the ghetto.
