2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
i) i have a good exp in other rp server as a doctor and now i think its time to become leader and make the citizens happy and healthy in the new city.
ii) I really like to be a doctor and save the citizens life and give them a nice and healthy if and as say i have a really good exp so i am really good at doing some operations and save citizens life
iii) Last reason of i want to become leader is that in this organzation i can improve my roleplay experience because there is much rp situations in this organization and with a really serious rp.
3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
In my opinion there are two great ways to get closer to achieving this goal. One of them is the trainings. I have loved our HRT Department and i always will. It is the backbone of EMS and the importance of RP can only be told to people in trainings effectively. Education is always the foundation, then you can continue building upon it. I am currently working on new videos for FTOs, which will cover their trainings. In those videos there will be a speacil section only for the importance of RP.
