2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 - I wanna be leader of EMS because i have so much experience in EMS. My previous rank in EMS is Deputy Chief. My goal is simple always help citizen however its cost. I will br neutral while leading a EMS organization and no kind of favourtism will be show only that guy get reward who doing worked related to the EMS. My first priority is treating citizens with best surgeon and doctors and always have best stocks for medicines.
2.2 - As a leader of EMS, I will always check no high command cannot abuse their powers and and keep training to the new employee without any mistake and personal gain. I will always make sure our employees maintain a high level of roleplay.
2.3 - As a leader, I try to make System better and the EMS is a essential to the city emergency response. I want to keep disciplined and active. I am try to motivate our employee to make work not to much perfect but it's good in enough for us.
2.4 - I will guide new members to improve our organization and teamwork and makes everyone enjoy and keep roleplay as a professional.
3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
- I will specially hire Surgeon, who's always available for surgery and know proper way to do a surgery process.
- and I see there is a problem in Night shift time then i will hire maximum members for night time, If I see someone he/she is night shift staff but he/she working in day shift unless not needed then he/she got punishment.
- I will organize a events when a promotion day for fun and interesting.
