1) I will not tolerate any form of inactivity or corruption in my organization. To ensure accountability and efficiency, I will establish a strong management and decision-making team to oversee operations from top to bottom, ensuring that everyone is fulfilling their responsibilities correctly. My goal is to make EMS the most dynamic and appealing organization to work for, creating an environment where employees are excited to join and find joy in their work.
2) I excel at managing challenging situations and strive to foster a positive, free from negativity, supportive environment within the EMS. My focus is on motivating and encouraging my colleagues to create a productive atmosphere. With my experience, I aim to build a team that is prepared for any situation. I will do my best to educate my team about EMS and guide them in working effectively together as High Command.
3) I'm skilled at keeping the staff and the organization free from conflict. My main Goal in this leadership is to making EMS as a United Organization where every high command listen to the demands of every employee of EMS to reduce the Conflicts and reduce the Tension Between Employees and High command. And I also Understand the importance of motivation so I'll provide rewards at every milestone so the employees can give their best towards EMS.
3.1. Training Department :
EMS is currently experiencing a shortage of Field Training Officers (FTOs), which affects our training capabilities. I will hire the best candidate for the Head of the Department of Training, who will help recruit FTOs and provide excellent training for both FTOs and trainees. If there is still a shortage, I will personally hire FTOs who possess the necessary skills but are currently in lower-ranking positions.
3.2. Ground Service (GS) and Air Service (AS) Departments:
Ground Service and Air Service are not active that much, so I will try to organize some events focusing on GS/AS calls. I will also increase some bonuses to encourage units to be more actively engaged in GS/AS calls. Every down person will get help As Soon As Possible.
3.3. Psychiatric Department:
Interactive simulations can be highly valuable for our Psychiatry team. By recreating complex patient interactions, the staff can refine their communication techniques and deepen their emotional understanding both of which are crucial for delivering compassionate and effective care to individuals seeking assistance.
3.4. Lab Tech Department:
We have a shortage of medicines at Pillbox Hill (PH). To address this, I will organize events focusing on Med runs and Captchas. These initiatives are designed to boost our medicine supplies while also engaging every employee in Medlabs activities.
3.5. Hospital Services:
We need to ensure we have enough staff for all Night shifts, and We need every citizen for an interview mainly for the night shift My goal all lobbies cover 24/7
3.6. Internal Affairs
Incorporating Internal Affairs into training programs can assist in identifying and addressing any fundamental challenges within the organization. Their perspective can help shape realistic role-playing exercises that confront actual issues, promoting a culture of responsibility and ongoing growth.
3.7.Surgery:
We will enhance our roleplay (RP) scenarios to make surgical experiences more realistic and engaging for both patients and staff. By incorporating real-life situations and challenges, our goal is to improve communication, teamwork, and foster a supportive environment that promotes healing and understanding.
3.8. Global Event.
I will hire a Night Shift High Command member and one Deputy for the Night Shift to oversee all Global events. I will ensure that my High Command members attend nearly all the events and conduct role-playing professionally.
