2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
- Ballas has always been at the top in its recent terms, I have always loved Ballas and now want to experience leading the gang. This will be my first time leading a gang but I think to kick-start my leadership journey from this gang would be the best for me. I would like to maintain Ballas's legacy and somehow improve the gang with all my efforts.
- Leading a gang always gives a pleasure, my friends have also lead gangs recently and I also would like to experience this feeling. Not only to experience but I want to create an aura of Ballas that everyone when sees someone in blue clothes roaming in the ghetto will be feared. Along with doing all the necessary events, it's my wish to
dominate the ghetto all day.
- I think I have a very good knowledge about Gangs. I have been high command in various gangs till now. I have learnt everything, especially the planning and skills needed for doing and winning events. I would love to be the leader of such a gang which already has its own legacy but also would try to make my own term the most special.
3. Your advice for improving the Role Play level in the organization.
- Create a friendly environment, so that every gang member would have a feeling of staying with the gang till the end.
- I will try to do more and more events to take my gang to the top.
- Bonuses will also be given to gang members for participating in events.
- An interview process and hiring criteria will be setup to join Marabunta.
- I will try to teach the new gang members about events, so that they can lead them in future.
