2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1. I want to become leader of the East Side Ballas because I have a quite good experience as an leader of Gang Before los santos vagos.
2.2. Now, I feel ready to take on that role. I want to lead Ballas because it was my 2nd gang, and it means a lot to me. i have a good communication skill to run a successful term most important thing is to have a best Deputies. Being in a gang gives more freedom then state ORG, and I’m ready for the challenge.
2.3. I have seen many leaders disband for silly reasons and getting warnings for leader breaking server rules , my punishment history is clear and ill never break any server rule. Most of the newbies and newcomers also join gangs and have there first experience in gangs. I wanna give them a great experience.
3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
1. Bonus: By giving bonus we can invite stranger that will increase activity.
2. Hiring more people: Inviting multiple people from aliens East Side Ballas can increase RP.
3. RP Commands: RP commands will increase quality of Role Play of each individual so automatically incrase RP.
4. Commanding: Commanding in the absence of leader so choosing perfect 4 deputies can increase strong and confidence/perfect RP.
5. Only Expereinced: Inviting people who have knowledge about server and rule can prevent us from org warns so org with low warns is the best org.
My Goals
100% No toxicity
1. Rob every leos and be the most dangoures gang in city
2.Be stronger than other gangs and dominate them.
3.Dominate Ghetto.
4. geting 100% Turfs
5. To make Los Santos gang on top
6. win all store and gun store with good members
