Explanation: I believe a strong National Guard is built on military discipline. I want to implement stricter training protocols and a clear chain of command to ensure all members operate efficiently, professionally, and with a high level of respect for in-game rules and roleplay scenarios.
Reason 2: Enhancing Inter-Organizational Collaboration
Explanation: The National Guard's role often involves working with other state and law enforcement factions. My goal is to establish regular, structured joint exercises and patrols to improve coordination, communication, and overall Roleplay quality whenever we interact with organizations like the Police Department or Government.

Implement weekly, mandatory training sessions that focus entirely on immersive Roleplay scenarios, such as "Handling a Civil Disturbance," "Securing a Government Target," or "Complex Traffic Stop Procedures." This forces members to practice their verbal RP skills and adherence to character/lore.
Introduction of a Lore/Code of Conduct Examination: To ensure everyone is on the same page, create a test or examination focusing on the in-game lore of the National Guard, military protocol/jargon (relevant to the game), and the organization's specific code of conduct. This raises the bar for understanding what high-level military RP requires.
Dedicated "RP Quality Check" Rank/Position: Establish a small unit or designation (e.g., "Internal Affairs RP Monitor") whose sole job is to observe patrols and events, provide constructive feedback directly to members on their Roleplay quality, and highlight examples of excellent RP in the organization.
