Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?​

I Have spent lots of time in the city ever since I flew in for the first time, and during that time I have gained all the Knowledge about the city rules from crime to state.
I Have done everything there is to be done in the Grand Roleplay life from High command in LEO Organisations, such as LSPD, FIB and SAHP (HC IN ALL ORG). and I have also spent my time being a gang member for (3xDEPUTY IN BUNTA + VAGOS + FAMILIES) and I have had a amazing time Roleplaying in the Server but I feel its time to take the next step which is becoming a admin. The admin team has grown much bigger since I first flew in to the city and I would love to be apart of it, as I have always had the desire to become a administrator and help others out in the city and make the city a even better place.

What are your strengths?
My strengths are that im a very patient person, have great communication skills, Hard working, good listener, I learn things very fast and im very dedicated to the things that im doing so i'll put all my effort into what im doing and keep trying to be better at it.

What are your weaknesses?
My one and only weakness is i can get stressed at some times but im working on this from becoming a weakness to a Strength

What skills can you bring to the admin team?
The skills im willing to bring to the admin team are my leadership skills and the time im willing to spend doing or working on something aswell as how much effort I will put into treating everyone fairly and trying to make everything better for everyone and also how I try my best to be better at the things im doing.
