I want to become an admin because I have spent more than three years in the RP community. During this time, I have gained strong experience in roleplay rules, scenarios, and server discipline.
I believe I can be a good admin because I enjoy helping new players understand RP properly and follow server rules. I also have prior experience in gang leadership, which has helped me develop responsibility, decision-making skills, and fair judgment in stressful situations.
My goal as an admin is to support the community, assist new players, and help maintain a respectful and enjoyable RP environment for everyone.
2. Core Strengths:
(i) Strong communication skills with players and staff.
(ii) Ability to take consistent, accurate, and fair decisions under pressure.
(iii) I treat every player equally, without favoritism or bias.
(iv) I do not rely on assumptions and always verify facts before taking action.
3. Areas for Improvement:
(i) Sometimes I tend to overthink situations.
(ii) In sensitive cases, I may take a little extra time to ensure a fair and correct decision.
4. Value Contribution:
I will actively respond to tickets whenever I am in the city to improve communication between players and administrators. I aim to support the administration team by maintaining high standards, professionalism, and the legacy of fair administration.

Currently, I have no real-life obligations that would affect my activity in the near future. However, if any unforeseen situation arises, I will inform High Management in advance and apply for a Leave of Absence (LOA) if required.
