1. i want to be the leader of lspd beause i love it and i will manage the revolution and crime of the city and do my best for Citizen
and i will make good expirence deputy s and good org members i will hire i will make sure to not break any server rules
2. Also I have some plans to make LSPD more active and LSPD have a good control of the city and plus LSPD Headquarters is also near the ghetto.,
3. I will make a good team in Human Resource Department as that is the most important department according to me, Human Resource department is the only department which will provide training to the peoples. So I will make sure to have a good team who trains people according to the law.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1. I will Build a Environment where everyone will fell motivated and will treat equally.
2.I will Hire both time deputies, Night and Day.
3. I will conduct regular city petrol
- Mandatory Training: New recruits must pass a 3-day boot camp to learn rules and RP commands.
- Punctuality Rules: Officers who miss shifts without reason get demoted.
- No Corruption: AI will inspect vehicles and investigate rule-breakers.
Most importantly, I want to contribute positively to the community and help make the server a better place for everyone.
