I plan to organize the FIB into proper departments so every agent knows exactly what they’re responsible for. This will help the organization run more smoothly and allow everyone to play a meaningful role.
I will make sure that my terms run smoothly with proper internal relations, proper communication, good mutual understating and with zero favouritism.
My leadership skills will ensure effective task accomplishment, timely investigations, and smooth coordination in the bureau without undue disruptions.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
As the leader of the FIB, I will concentrate on developing captivating and immersive roleplaying activities because it is the primary focus of the Server. By making sure that every officer acts with professionalism and honesty in every situation
I want to give every agent the chance to redeem himself and learn from their mistakes, so instead of just firing and blacklisting them from the organisation
I plan to introduce one of the best bonus systems within the organization to motivate officers and reward their efforts.
