2.1 Leadership Experience : I have a Leadership Experience of LSPD in past. Which I have got to know how the experience and confidence to manage a large and disciplined unit like
Federal Investigation Bureau (FIB). As past leadership experience I got to know that how to structure departments, assign responsibilities, and ensure smooth coordination between agents and achieve the organization goals.

2.2 Commitment : Federal Investigation Bureau (FIB) is the most critical law enforcement agencies. So I want to bring professionalism, discipline, and proper standards to the organization and I make sure to that every agent understands their duties and performs them with integrity and realism.

2.3 Team Development and Efficiency : As a Leader ,My goal is not only to manage to organization . I wanna build a strong and skilled agents. As I believe in training agents rewarding active members and maintaining that motivates everyone to perform better. A united and efficient team makes Federal Investigation Bureau (FIB) stronger and more respected across the city.


3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.


(i) The main challenge is the night shift I will hire individuals for that shift Federal Investigation Bureau (FIB) is actively involved in night events such as bank protection, acc, subs, and so on.
(ii) I will make sure that I have the Best Deputies.That they can handle the Organzation in absence of me.
(iii) I will make sure there is no Favouritism.
(iv) I make sure all the Assistant Director's in my org will be knowledgeable.
(v) Hirings and trainings provided by my HR department will be of Good Standard. So that all agents be fully professional.
(vi) I will make sure Promotion Ceremony roleplay will be on my Priority List.
(vii) Making healthy relations with every single organization and I agents complying with all state organization
(viii) Give everyone a fair chance to grow and contribute for Federal Investigation Bureau (FIB)
(ix) I will make sure that Everyone will get the rank they deserve.
(x) I make sure to Give Bonuses to the agents who are actively Working For the Organization.


Punishment System :
Verbal Warning 1: For small mistakes or minor offences.
Verbal Warning 2: If the same mistake happens again.
Strike 1: For bigger issues. This could lead to a demotion.
Strike 2: For serious problems. This could lead to suspension.

Strike 3: For the most serious offences. This could lead to termination
