Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
I want to become an admin because I enjoy helping the community and ensuring fair gameplay for everyone. While RP-life is fun, I feel more motivated to contribute behind the scenes by resolving issues, guiding players, and maintaining server quality. I’m ready to step out of personal progression to support the overall experience of others.
What are your strengths?
My main strengths are patience, strong communication, and problem-solving. I stay calm in stressful situations, listen to both sides before making decisions, and try to resolve conflicts fairly. I’m also active and dedicated when I commit to a role.
What are your weaknesses?
Sometimes I can be overly detail-focused, which can slow me down slightly. However, I’ve been working on balancing speed with accuracy so I can handle situations more efficiently without missing important details.
What skills can you bring to the admin team?
I bring good rule knowledge, quick decision-making, and the ability to handle players professionally. I can assist with reports, moderate chats, handle rule breaks, and support new players. I’m also willing to learn and adapt to any admin tools or systems used.
