I want to Apply for the Leader of San Andreas Highway Patrol!

I want this SAHP term because I have a vision to make this organization something that San Andreas people never seen that before in San Andreas city, I want to bring more and more professionalism, respect to our family-like org members and making sure our troopers are act more politely with San Andreas citizens, I think SAHP can do much better and I want to help to make that happen. Also I will try to make SAHP 24/7 to give insurance, License plate and Protecting the highway n San Andreas city also!

I had been part of this Role Play for 1 year before it was even release on Rage MP I had part of this community and was the First Sheriff of Highway Patrol Police Department after being it is beta release but for OOC serious issue I had been resign my position. Now, I am wanting an Second chance for taking SAHP term in this RP Project.

The radio conversations will be done by radio codes, which will make radio conversations more politely and making it more professional and being contribute on improving SAHP organization Role Play.

To join any department at SAHP there will be an requirement rank and also there will be an application to join the department no one can join the departments without applying it and exception will be shown at Department HC Postions by the department chief or head. Everyone can't join all departments there will be main department (Only 1) as IA,TE,SWATs and HR to each of the SAHP members also sub-department (only 1) as HRT and TE same it goes to each member in SAHP this will be applicable until Chief Of Staff or Above. Like if there any main department work and sub department work then you need finish your main department work first then sub department work which will contribute on improving Role Play in SAHP.

In Human Resource & Training Department there will be an change in training to Trainee's and Probie's until phase 2 they will complete there training like before but after this you must need to train by HR's by each phase 2 and 3 also after that to complete there are task they need to pass an written exam which will be monitoring by the HR Team by that the troopers will have a great knowledge about there training and state rules.
Human Resource and Training (HRT):
HRT Department will be most advanced department in my term. They need to be active to train trainee's and probie's also hiring people in SAHP the citizens need to be pass SAHP application or getting HR and getting n tough interview by them which will reduce server rules breaking by the Legal orgs like Fear RP and Fail Rp.
Internal Affairs (IA):
Internal Affairs will be always monitoring every units or members at SAHP and there will be an another advantage to IA by having this department freedom there will be no interruption by the Deputies and Leader which will make IA more effective to everyone.
Traffic Enforcement (TE):
By the my term there will be extra bonus for selling insurance and selling license plate and the department will be more active to clean highway and farms also sawmills.
Special Weapons And Tactics (SWAT):
This department will be more active for any bad or worser situation to ensure San Andreas citizens life which will effective to every situations. The department members will be more specialized to any weapon by giving there regular trainings to ensure there skills regularly, and the rank will be set by the state knowledge and masteries of weapons.
Public Relation (PR):
This department will be active to maintain a relationship between the organization and the citizen by giving prizes for doing something like car race then 100m sprint competition, etc.
