2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
I want to become the leader of the Federal Investigation Bureau because I believe I have the experience, discipline, and leadership skills required to guide the organization effectively. The FIB plays a crucial role in maintaining national security, investigating organized crime, and supporting other law enforcement agencies during high-risk situations.
My goal as a leader would be to maintain professionalism, ensure strong internal discipline, and build a well-trained team that can handle complex investigations and operations. I also want to create a structured environment where agents are motivated, respected, and constantly improving their skills.
With proper communication, fair leadership, and strategic planning, I believe I can strengthen the FIB, improve coordination with other state organizations, and ensure the department operates at the highest standards of roleplay and professionalism.
3. I always had the goal to help and support people and prevent them f breaking rule in gand RP, cause when they break rules, it gives an advantage over the opponent and the RP gets worse. I am pretty sure that if i become the leader of FIB, i will have a chance to help people in easy way. Because, as seen in my previous terms, i promoted a lot of people who really deserved to get promoted and i gave lots of bonuses to everyone i see active during the term. And also the main thing is, in my Ballas term i wanted to finish the term with %100 turf and started with 10 territories then finished the turf season by getting %100 turf within literally 3 weeks then i applied for Bloods and got my 2nd %100 turf. So, i truly believe that after these great achievements, i can also finish the raid season easily in FIB too, because when i set a goal on something, i dont stop without achieving it and i have shown this several times. Therefore, because of my goals, i also want to take 2nd term and finish raid season properly because if i take the 2nd term as well, i will have a change to help people in easy way longer and also finishing the raid season and finishing the 2nd term will be the 2nd achievement for me after my both %100 turf achievements.
4. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
My advice is to make the RP better in FIB by choosing best high commands in specifically main departments such as IA and HR, because when we choose great HCs, RP always gets stronger because of people who know rules properly. HR will need a while to recruit new agents who can communicate in reasonable English and adapt to all required procedures effectively. IA will watch officers closely, make sure they do their job correctly and follow laws of DOJ. If someone doesnt know how to speak English properly or doesnt know rules, RP gets worse. But when all rules followed by people correctly, RP goes perfectly. I hate favoritism and i have never got ranks by chasing, i worked hard for all this experiences. If someone is promoted without earning it, thats absolutely unacceptable. If i ever encounter this, i will certainly demote that person and have the one blacklisted who is responsible for giving that rank.
