1. Statement of Intent​

I've been playing on rp for a while now and honestly, I've seen how much impact good admins have on everyone's experience. I want to step away from RP and want to join admin team. I enjoy solving problems and making sure everyone gets a fair chance to enjoy the game without dealing with rule breakers or toxic situations.

2. Core Strengths​

I'm pretty patient and can keep my cool even when things get heated. I speak English, Hindi, and Punjabi so I can help a lot of different players. I'm active during hours when most Asian players are online, and I genuinely care about keeping the server fun and fair for everyone.

3. Areas for Improvement​

Sometimes I overthink decisions because I want to be comletely fair, which can slow me down. I'm working on trusting my judgment more, but I'm eager to learn from experienced admins. I also have experience of PC checks.

I'm online during Asian peak hours when admin coverage is usually low. My language skills help me connect with Hindi and Punjabi speaking players who might struggle with English. I've been around long enough to spot common issues and understand what players actually need.
