1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
   To be honest, RP-life has been a really special experience for me. I’ve spent so much time building my character, grinding jobs, getting into factions—I’ve done everything with full dedication. I’ve laughed with people, fought with people, and really enjoyed every moment. But now, I feel like I’m ready for something more meaningful.
   I see so many new players joining every day, some of them are totally lost. They don’t know commands, they don’t understand rules, and they feel like giving up. I always try to help them whenever I can—just from my side. But if I become an admin, I can actually help properly, with authority, and make a bigger difference.
   Also, sometimes I’ve seen players breaking rules, abusing bugs, or spoiling the RP for others. It really hurts, yaar, because so many people come here to enjoy after a long day—this server is like an escape for us. And when one or two people ruin the experience, it affects everyone. I want to be someone who keeps that environment safe and fair for all.
   And honestly, I’m not leaving RP because I’m bored—I still love it. But I believe becoming an admin is the next step. It’s not quitting RP-life, it’s supporting it from the other side. I want to give back to the community that gave me so much. That’s why I want to become an admin.

4. What skills can you bring to the admin team?
   First of all, I bring patience and calmness. Whether someone is breaking rules or just frustrated because they don’t understand something, I always try to handle situations peacefully. I don’t believe in shouting or arguing—I believe in understanding and resolving.
   Second, I know the server very well. I’ve played for a long time, so I know how most systems work—jobs, gangs, legal orgs, events, even small things like UI bugs or commands. That helps me guide others properly and also spot if something’s wrong or being misused.
   I’m also very active. I log in daily, and even when I’m not in-game, I’m always checking Discord, helping people in support channels, or staying up to date with server changes. Consistency and presence are important as an admin, and I can definitely provide that.
   Communication is another strong point. I know how to talk to people in a respectful way, whether they’re new players or experienced ones. And if I ever make a mistake, I’m always ready to learn and improve. I take feedback seriously.
   Lastly, I genuinely care about the community. I don’t want power for ego—I want it to protect the fairness and fun of the game for everyone. That’s the main skill, I feel: intention.
