2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?

1. I want to bring proper structure and leadership to the National Guard.
   A well-organized NG can make a big difference during city crises and events.
2. I enjoy leading teams and helping members improve their RP skills.
   Being a leader lets me guide others and create a better experience for everyone.
3. I’ve seen gaps in NG activity and coordination and want to fix that.
   With better planning and teamwork, we can make NG more active and respected.

3. Your advice for improving the Role Play level in the organization:
To improve RP in NG, I’ll focus on regular training, discipline, and clear communication. I’ll make sure every member understands their role and sticks to realistic RP. We’ll also work on team coordination, proper chain of command, and responding to situations in a way that fits serious roleplay standards.
