1. I wanna take the term of lspd because i saw the server sneaky pics and i liked it to be honest.and i have experience in leos so i wanna start my journey in the server as a leader
2. I wanna be leader of lspd bcs i have a goal to do something for the server and i can start doing that with a leadership
3. I will run my term so good and smoothly that my term will be first and best term no matter i have players in the org or not i will bring people in my org by giving a lot of facilities and everything.

To improve the roleplay we can do like the realistic things which is used in irl. I dont know like since the server didn't launch i cant judge anything.
