2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific
organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
--> I have more experience in other city. Worked 3 to 4 full terms I gained more experience working with my fellow officers. . I have worked in other organisations more than a year. My first organisations was SAHP from there I have gained more experience how to be a professional cop. I have worked 5 terms there and then I was moved on to LSPD 2 terms. Gained more experience. From there I learnt that I have gained enough experience here. I would try in LSPD as a 28th rank because It will be having some power to reduce crime rate in the city. We can control other officers there. Then I have learnt there till 5 terms. Worked there till 28th rank as commander. Gained more experience in the side cop.
--> I hope I would be maintained same environment here also because gained more experience in other city. I would like continue. As of now it was the 1st term in the LSPD. I want to be the best Example to the other leaders for next terms.
--> I have trained well with lot experienced agents who worked with them more the 4 terms. I can get them for my support. And I would learn more under my leadership. Because in my life chapter there is something pending to learn. I would justify that I would learn here as working as a leader in the current organisation LSPD. I will promise that in my leadership of LSPD I will be completing the 100% successful raids here.
3. Your advice for improving the Role Play level in the organization.
--> I would like to Improving roleplay is I would be maintaining LSPD very very active 24/7 with more agents on duty. Responding to store or gun store robberies in time. Likely to do the every day gang raid and Black market Raid with 100% successful rate. We will surely reduce the crime rate in the city.
--> I would proudly to carry the Responsibility of LSPD leadership forward as it was the 1st term.

MY DEPARTMENTS UNDER MY TERM : Each Department will be allocated to special officers who have better experience in the department. Everyone will be getting their ranks based on their interviews. Without interview there will be no rank provided. And there will be special training program alloted for who Is new to FIB. because there will some difference from other organisations to FIB. How it works and what to do will be trained there.
