a. I have experience managing EMS as well as being a council in other cities and servers which can help improve the EMS working and as well helping players joining EMS gain team work skill.
b. As the EMS head I can guarantee that the player who will join the organisation will have a wornderful build new relations and friendships and bonding through activities
c. I want to make sure players can join EMS without hesitation by providing assitance to all the players and make EMS know throughout

My suggestion is that in oftern cities or servers I see people see that EMS as just a work place but I want them to make sure that they can think iof it as a family who will have you back and can help gain new relations and friendship.
