2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
A: Experiences Which can Help to run term to Run Properly: When i came On Los Santos city, My Favorite gangs was Bloods. Also Bloods is one of the first gang I have joined and I have attachment with it will be best to lead as a leader, According to me I have a good experience of city I can easily handle a gang I already have Underdeputy experiences in many gangs so it will make help me to run term properly and most active and successful in city with a top domination.
B: 100% Capture And Helping Gang Members: I have best Shooters from all over en servers who have back to back 100% which can help my term with 100% Capture, Without any rulebreaks and following server rules, Due to my experience I can help my gang peoples I can help them in gang events with properly guides.And I think I have the good knowledge of becoming a great leader.
C: My Plans with ORG and Activites: Being a gang leader i will help my peoples working together with other players to make a good gang. I appreciate the chance to everyone directly and Gang future with gang members while promoting teamwork in event, Not everyone can achieve this, because not giving up is not for everyone,Also I know how to Manage properly events like store robbery , hostage situations and FZ Raids, And i Have many plans as a leader with my deputies to make my term with top notch.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
A: Getting 100% turf session as soon as possible.
B: No toxicity and Fight between Gang members
C: I will Try to achive 0 warn and 0 Verbal in the whole term with Teaching gang members server rules.
D: Attending every events.
E: Completing all the weekly tasks on time to not disappoint the curators.
F: I will have my best Deputiest to make my term succesfully.
G: Helping and teaching the new gang members who dont know anything.
H: I will giving max bonuses to people who attend every events to make the gang more active.
I: There will be favouritism for ranks in gang peoples.
J: I will try my best to have HCS, if im absence they dont feel that term is not running properly
