2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
(1/3) - Ballas has been the most important gang in the city over the years ballas has done many commendable things from ruling the ghetto to doing successful robberies i think i would be able to maintain these things with my knowledge about rules and everything.
(2/3) - Under my Leadership i will personally take part in every situation and make sure that there are no conflicts in the gang if any they will be solved in an instant and i would not let my gang members get bored in the city ill create such hostage situations and etc that everyone gets a better experience of the roleplay situations.
(3/3) - There will be no ( Favouritism ) such things will not be tolerated as these things cause a disturbance in rp and everyone does not get a fair chance. I will be providing ranks according to there knowledge about the rules of the city and ill appoint deputy's who will take care of the gangs and everything when im not available.
3. Your advice for improving the Role Play level in the organization.
- No Favouritism - This does not allow many people to show there skills and they are not able to get what they deserve.
- No Rule Break - We will be doing many situations but while making sure that we do not break any type of rule and we maintain a proper RP.
- Providing New Situations - We will be doing such new situations that will allow the legal organisations to experience a new rp situation.
