1.1 Ownership: Once created, the account belongs solely to its creator. Sharing or trading accounts is strictly prohibited and results in a permanent ban.
1.2 Responsibility: The player is wholly responsible for all activities under their account. The Supreme Roleplay administration is not liable for losses due to compromised accounts. Such accounts will still be subject to the same penalties.
1.3 Fraud: Engaging in fraud against other players is not allowed and will result in a permanent ban. There will be no compensation for any lost money.
1.4 Multiple Accounts: Players are not allowed to have more than one additional account. Additional accounts will be permanently banned, while the main account may be banned for up to 60 days.
1.5 Business Ownership: Owning more than one business per person, across all accounts, is forbidden. Violations lead to a 30-day ban for each account involved.
1.6 Real Money Transactions: Attempts to sell or buy game property for real money are prohibited and will incur a permanent ban.
1.7 Property Transfers: It is not permitted to transfer property worth over $5,000,000 per day as a gift. This includes and is limited to the total you can receive or transfer. Withdrawals or deposits from/to a family balance are allowed. Violating this rule results in a 60-day ban.
1.8 Account Interaction: Interaction between a main account and any additional accounts (twinks), including transferring property or money, is strictly forbidden and leads to a permanent ban of both accounts.
1.9 Tax Evasion: Avoiding the game's selling/buying systems, especially tax evasion through underpriced transactions followed by cash exchanges, is forbidden. This action will lead to a 60-day ban.
Nickname Creation and Communication Rules
2.1 Nicknames: Must be realistic, cannot mimic real-world famous persons. Non-compliance results in a 10-minute jail and mandatory nickname change.
3.1 Insulting: Personal insults out of character (OOC) are strictly forbidden, punishable by a 180-minute mute or a ban of up to 7 days.
3.2 Mention of Relatives: References to any relatives in all forms of chat, including voice, are not allowed, punishable by a 180-minute mute or a ban of up to 7 days.
3.3 Language Requirements: Communication must be in English in public chats. Other languages are allowed in private if all participants agree, with violations leading to a 120-minute mute.
Hacking and Software Use
4.1 Prohibited Software: The use of any software that provides gameplay advantages (e.g., hacks, bots) is strictly prohibited and results in a 60-day ban.
Administration Interaction
5.1 Misuse of Report Feature: Using the report function for irrelevant queries results in a mute ranging from 20 to 60 minutes.
5.2 Professional Conduct: Players must remain respectful when communicating with the administration. Disputes should be directed to the chief administrator.
5.3 Insulting Administration: Direct insults towards the administration are strictly prohibited, with non-compliance leading to a 7-day ban.
Gameplay Conduct
6.1 Command Misuse: Incorrect use of commands like /me, /do, /try, /todo is prohibited. Players must adhere to truthful gameplay. Note: /try is limited to two uses per situation.
6.2 Leaving RP: Exiting an RP scenario inappropriately (e.g., logging off, going AFK) is not allowed and will be warned.
6.3 Organizational Theft: Depleting an organization's warehouse for personal use is strictly forbidden and results in a permanent ban.
6.4 Roleplaying Corruption: Employees of state structures must not portray corruption without a roleplay-approved biography, punishable by a warning.
6.5 Crimes Against EMS: Committing any criminal acts against EMS employees is strictly forbidden, resulting in a warning.
6.6 Combat Restrictions: Healing or looting during gunfights is prohibited, punishable by 60 minutes in jail.
6.7 Post-Mortem Combat: Returning to a fight within 15 minutes of being 'killed' is not allowed and will be warned.
6.8 Unconscious Abuse: Performing immoral actions on unconscious players is restricted, punishable by a 3 to 7-day ban.
6.9 Prohibited Actions: Engaging in sexual actions is strictly restricted, with allowances for exiting situations of sexual harassment, punishable by a 3 to 7-day ban.
6.10 IC to OOC: Moving in-character (IC) situations to out-of-character (OOC) forums like Discord is prohibited and leads to a ban of 1 to 7 days.
6.11 Twink Accounts: Using an additional account for opposite organization affiliations is forbidden and results in warnings for both accounts.
6.12 EMS Harassment: Inappropriate behavior towards EMS employees during their duty is not allowed, with exceptions for disrespectful EMS conduct, punishable by a ban of up to 7 days.
6.13 Mercy Killing: Killing an unconscious player to help them avoid an RP situation is not allowed, punishable by a 120-minute Demorgan or a warning.
6.14 Robbery Limitations: Only specific items like ammunition, guns, armor, balaclavas, and drugs may be robbed. Money can only be taken using gang system functionalities, punishable by a 1 to 7-day ban.
6.15 Ghetto Engagement: Outside ghetto areas, players must engage in RP before shooting after issuing demands with a 5-second compliance window, leading to a warning if violated.
6.16 Organized Robbery: Robberies involving vehicles require at least 2 cars and 4 participants. Failure to stop is considered "Power Gaming" and is punishable by 120 minutes in jail or a warning.
6.17 Recording Software: The use of recording software like OBS without capturing all overlays is forbidden, resulting in a 30-day ban.
6.18 Helicopter Usage: Using helicopters to access non-foot-accessible roofs is prohibited, punishable by 120 minutes in jail.
6.19 Language Restrictions: Use of offensive language, including racial slurs, is restricted, leading to a 1 to 3-day ban.
6.20 Roleplay Avoidance: Muting other players to avoid RP situations does not exempt from liability and is considered a failure in roleplaying, leading to a warning.
6.21 Armored Vehicle Abuse: Misusing armored vehicles in combat is forbidden and will be warned.
6.22 Family Business Transactions: Selling or buying family businesses or managing family finances without leader approval is prohibited and falls under scam rules.
6.23 Bug Abuse: Any exploitation of game bugs is strictly forbidden, with potential for a permanent ban.
6.24 Exploitation of New Workers: Robbing or kidnapping individuals in starter jobs is prohibited.
6.25 Fort Zancudo Restrictions: It is forbidden to rob or kidnap in the territory of Fort Zancudo, leading to a warning.
6.26 EMS Clothing Misuse: Using EMS uniforms without being an EMS employee is forbidden, resulting in a warning or a ban of up to 7 days.
RolePlay Terms and Definitions
Roleplay (RP): This involves acting out or performing the role of a regular person in-game, such as a civilian, gangster, or a character of a specific ethnicity.
In Character (IC): Refers to actions and dialogue that your character performs within the context of the game world.
Out of Character (OOC): When players speak or act outside their character's role. This includes discussions in channels like /b (OOC chat) that aren't related to their in-game persona.
Metagaming (MG): The practice of using out-of-character information to affect in-character play, such as using private messages to inform gameplay decisions. This is against the rules, especially when information is conveyed through means that other characters can't access in the game environment.
Powergaming (PG): Occurs when a player enforces their own narrative on others without giving them a chance to respond, or performs actions that aren't feasible within the game's mechanics or realistic in the context of the game world.
Deathmatching (DM): Involves killing another player without a valid roleplay reason. This action disrupts the narrative integrity of the game.
Non-RP: Engaging in actions that don't meet the standards of quality roleplay, such as inappropriate behavior at a crime scene or not displaying realistic fear in dangerous situations.
Revenge Killing (RK): When a player who has been killed in-game (and should not remember the incident) seeks out and attempts to harm or kill those who were responsible for their character's death.
Car Ramming: Using a vehicle to intentionally crash into other players or vehicles without a roleplay reason.
Provoking: Deliberately irritating or annoying other players to elicit a reaction.
Unrealistic Behavior (UB): Performing actions that are not plausible within the game's setting or that negatively impact the roleplay experience of others
