2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
Since the server is starting fresh, this is the perfect opportunity to build EMS from the ground up. I want to create a professional, well-organized, and respected department that becomes a core part of the server’s RP structure from the very beginning.
Medical RP has always been one of my favorite aspects of RP. It brings depth to the server and gives players meaningful interactions outside of crime and police RP. I want EMS to be known not just for revives, but for roleplay that actually matters and adds value to every scene.
I have experience leading RP orgs and understand the importance of structure, training, and morale. I’m ready to guide new players, help shape SOPs, and create a supportive EMS team where everyone feels important and motivated
3. Your advice for improving the Role Play level in the organization.
Since it’s a new server, it’s important to train medics on both server rules and realistic EMS procedures to set the tone early on.
Push medics to go beyond just “/revive” — incorporate injuries, treatment processes, and emotional roleplay. Every call should feel like a real emergency.
EMS should work closely with PD and FD to build trust and create joint-response scenarios. Coordination is key for immersive scenes and long-term server growth.
