1. Leader of National Guard
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
2.1- I have been seeing: the National Guard has been remarkably through several terms. Public interest in membership has decreased, and former leadership groups have had trouble with fundamental tasks like overseeing ammo runs and keeping operations efficient. These problems have slowly eroded the National Guard's visibility and status in the city.
2.2 My goal is to make city safe as possible once and for all. I plan to recruit as many solider as possible to keep ng active ensuring it is fully organised disciplined and feared by criminal I want to honour ng that that depends our city.
2.3 Another reason I aspire to lead ng is my extensive experience in military field. I have enough experience to lead ng also in other org I have much experience in Other RP projects where, I learn many things from my experience about leadership. I truly believe that I am the right person for leader of ng my experience has made me to handle the challenge that come with leadership of NG.
3 Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization
3.1 Keep NG constantly active:-
In all event and daily operation ensuring it remain a strong and reliable force.
3.2 Good relation with other state organization:-
we will work together to uphold law and Compeletely Make the city crimeless
3.3 Maintain proper RP:-
where discipline respect and teamwork are the foundation of NG
3.4 Encourage solider through bonuses:-
I will motivate solider to stay active and cover the doors through some heavy bonus from the org and my side also
Departments
Department of Military Police: -
Acting as the NG Internal Affairs department, they will maintain discipline, professional ethics, and license checks. They will also patrol the base to prevent any illegal activities.
Department of Special Forces: -
Our tactical special force team, dealing with high-risk operations like store robberies and hostage situations. They'll serve as the NG's SWAT team equivalent, poised to respond quickly and strategically.
Department of Air Force: -
Charged with patrolling the perimeter of the base and surveing suspicious gang activity. During emergencies like hostage crises, FZ raids, they'll offer aerial cover and recon to direct ground forces.
Department of Public Relations: -
This unit will hold public activities to encourage citizens and increase interest to join the NG. They will establish and sustain good relations with other organizations to augment the presence and image of NG within the city.
