2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1. Beacuse i have alot of experience in LEO organisations and i always wanted to be a Chief of LSPD also beacuse of the citys safety and the safety of people of the city and the enviroment also i want to stop the corruption and stop the criminals in the city.
2. Im active and will give everything to make the organisation active.
experience on another projects with leading an organisations and i always wanted to be a leader of LSPD but never had a chance to get it now i will try my best to take the organisation
3. I was never a leader of LSPD and i simply just want to try, also there wont be any corruption in the organisation beacuse i will perform inspections, like ride along with a patrol officer and watch how they are doing their job also if i see a HC, Low rank anyone abusing their rank they will get blacklisted from LSPD and can no longer work there, i would make a channel on discord a channel specifically for people who want a higher rank and think they deserved it, they will have to fill out a format like this: /Name and Badge Number (ID), "How long have you been in the organisation?" Why do you think you earned a higher rank.
3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
1. I would host recruitments for new people every week atleast 2 - 3 times, i would host inspections inside the organisation and we would perform traffic stops and radis here and then.
2. I would bring people i know into the organisation and we would be active everyone will have to earn they rank and will have to show me that they earned it in order to get it there wont be any @tag and they get a high rank as i said there wont be any problems or corruption in my term if i take LSPD i would only choose people i know that can do the job to be deputies not people who come in the organisation just for the rank i would also give out bonuses every 3 times a week or when we finish an event, activity etc. to give them motivation to work harder and as they work harder they rank will grow.
3. And i would make a really good HR, HC team to insure there wont be any problems inside the organisation they would also be assigned to host recruitments and inspections.
