2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
i) I think that my experience and my strengths which is how to run the organization allows me to become the leader of the EMS, since i have been the under chief (deputy) of the EMS 2 times in other rp server and now i tink this is time to show my skills as a leader in the new city.
ii) I will not gonna allow anyone to cruption in my organization. To makesure i will establish a strong management and strong decision and making a good staff to oversee operations of any type. I will ensure that everyone is doing there full job and giving them task to do in week So everyone will excited to join and enjoy there work.
iii) I’m passionate about building a team that truly makes an impact on the city — not just by saving lives, but by setting the standard for professionalism, roleplay quality, and community care.
3. Your advice for improving the Role-Play level in the organization:
To use detailed medical emotes, realistic dialogue, and stay in character at all times.
Giving training regular to the members who needed and make them perfect So they dont break rules.
