1.) Leadership Qualities: I believe in my ability to lead and I am committed to keeping the organization running smoothly. I can spot problems early and handle them effectively. I will contribute to making the Ballas a strong and well-managed group by taking on responsibilities without hesitation.
2.) Making an Impact: I believe I can make a difference in the Ballas as leader. My objective is to keep the organization strong and respected. With my experience, strategies, and vision, I can lead Ballas to greater success while keeping the long-term stability and growth of the gang intact.
3.) Learning from Past Mistakes: When I served as a deputy leader in Marabunta, Families, and Ballas, I learned from the mistakes of my leaders back then. And I will strive not to make these same errors, instead focusing on how to strengthen the Ballas and unite us.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1.) Strengthening Brotherhood: Make gang loyalty the top priority instead of personal gain or legal pressure. I have always been there for my brothers and very close friends in difficult times by going back many times in the past. As a leader, I will make sure the Ballas will always come first as family and through that be loyal and united in every battle.
2.) Active Leadership and Engagement: In the past, leaders did not participate in events like NG raids, store robberies, and highway robberies. Often, this caused chaos in itself. To directly mentor and support each Ballas member in the field, I'll be attending as many events as possible myself.
3.) Proper Recruitment Policy: Most gang leaders used to induct a new member without conducting a proper background check. I will have a rather fair but strict interview process to ensure loyalty and quality roleplay. Membership into the Bloods will be granted only after their evaluation, and this way, we are sure that we will be bringing in people who hold our vision and mission dear. 4.) Effective Deputy Leadership: The promotion to deputy will only be given to qualified, trustworthy, and dependable individuals; this ensures that all higher-ranking members have the confidence to lead and set a good example.
