2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
Ans: (1) I want to become leader of ballas because when i came in city. City is empty of criminals. So i want to bring ballas back with fears. I have so much knowledge about gang. and i want to take leadership responsibility.
(2) I will hire best gangsters of city in my organization and they will not break any rules of city. and i will not support favouritism which maximum leaders did. I will give bonuses to all active members so they can get motivated. my main goal is to bring criminal organization back and make fear of ballas in city.
(3) I will active ballas more then other organization and every organization. I will attend every gang events with max members. I will do my best to dominate ghetto and city both. every state organization will think many time while going on petroling. If i lead this gang, the whole city move with my silence.

3.1: I will hire best deputies which can handle all situation without any problem.
3.2: I will try to hire people from all time zones so we cannot get less activity in night time.
3.3: I will try to run ballas without any rule break.
3.4: I will make good environment in organization.
3.5: I will make sure that everyone knows basics of gang rules and represents ballas with fear.
