1- Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life? I want to be an admin because I have good experience in administration and a strong understanding of roleplay. I’ve handled different situations in the past, managed players, and maintained a positive environment. My RP experience helps me take fair decisions, guide new players, and keep the server smooth and enjoyable for everyone. I believe I can contribute to the team with responsibility, maturity, and consistent activity.
2-What are your strengths?
My greatest strength is that I stay calm in tough situations and handle players fairly. I don’t rush decisions, and I always try to find the right solution.
3-What are your weaknesses?
My weakness is that sometimes I take extra time to review things because I want to make sure I’m doing everything correctly. But I’m improving by balancing speed with accuracy.
4-What skills can you bring to the admin team?
I can bring good communication skills, fairness, and strong knowledge of RP rules. I stay calm in reports, handle situations maturely, and make sure players feel heard and respected.
