1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
   I started playing on Grand Roleplay servers almost 4 years back and had experiences as a 2x leader. During that time, I learned how to maintain discipline, manage teams, and help new players understand RP rules.
   The next step I would like to take is to become an admin in order to contribute to the growth of the server, regulate gameplay, and guide active players who need additional guidance. Mostly, I'd like to create a smooth, friendly, and fair environment for all citizens of this city. I enjoy problem-solving issues with players, making sure rules are clearly explained to them, and also keeping the peace within the RP community.
