Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
I want to become an admin because of the experience and knowledge I’ve gained over the years, as well as my dedication to serving the city. I believe I can contribute to a positive and effective way, especially by guiding and supporting new players as they start their journey.
I’ve been playing Grand RP for around 3 years now, and during that time, I’ve been part of many RP projects. I’ve held multiple positions in both legal and illegal sides — including LSPD, SAHP, National Guard, Government, Doj
and various gangs — which helped me fully understand how the city works from all perspectives.
With all this experience across different organizations and roles, I feel that I’m ready to take the next step and serve the city as an admin, using my leadership and teaching skills to help improve the community even more.

strong leadership and decision-making skills
Deep knowledge of RP rules and server systems
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Experience in both legal and illegal organizations
Ability to stay calm and fair in stressful situations
Passion for helping and guiding new players
Fast learner and always open to feedback
Organized and able to manage multiple tasks at once
What are your weaknesses?

What skills can you bring to the admin team?
I can bring a lot of value to the admin team, but what really sets me apart is my experience and the knowledge I’ve gained over time. On top of that, I always try to carry myself with politeness, kindness, and a high standard of work in everything I do.
