1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP life?
I would like to become an admin because I genuinely enjoy helping others and contributing to a positive and fair environment on the server. While I enjoy roleplaying, I feel that stepping into an administrative position would allow me to have a greater impact on the overall community.
I often notice situations where players need guidance, whether they are new and unfamiliar with the rules or experienced players involved in conflicts. I want to be in a position where I can assist efficiently, resolve issues calmly, and ensure that everyone is treated fairly.
Additionally, I believe I can remain neutral and professional in difficult situations. I understand that being an admin means putting personal gameplay aside and focusing on the well-being of the server, enforcing rules consistently, and helping maintain a respectful atmosphere. This responsibility is something I am ready to take on.
2. What are your strengths?
One of my main strengths is that I am a fast learner. I can quickly understand new systems, rules, or tools and apply them effectively. This helps me adapt to new responsibilities without slowing down the team.
I am also a hard-working and dedicated person. When I commit to something, I take it seriously and always try to give my best effort. I am reliable and consistent with my activity, which is important for maintaining an active admin presence.
Another strength is my ability to communicate and connect with people. I can stay calm, friendly, and respectful, even in stressful situations. This helps me de-escalate conflicts and build trust within the community.
Lastly, I value honesty. I believe transparency and fairness are key qualities for an admin, and I always aim to act in a truthful and responsible way.
3. What are your weaknesses?
One of my weaknesses is that I sometimes overthink small mistakes. I tend to reflect a lot on things I could have done better, which can slow me down occasionally. However, I also see this as a way of improving myself, as I learn from those mistakes and try not to repeat them.
Another weakness is that I strongly dislike dishonesty. While this can be a positive trait, it can also make me feel frustrated when dealing with players who are not truthful. That said, I understand that as an admin I must stay professional at all times, and I am able to control my reactions and handle such situations calmly and fairly.
4. What skills can you bring to the admin team?
I bring strong communication skills, which are essential for interacting with players and other staff members. I can explain rules clearly, listen to different sides of a situation, and make fair decisions based on the facts.
I am friendly and approachable, which helps players feel comfortable asking for help, but I also know when to be serious and enforce rules when necessary. Balancing these two aspects is important in maintaining both respect and approachability as an admin.
My confidence allows me to handle difficult situations without hesitation. Whether it’s resolving conflicts, dealing with rule violations, or assisting players under pressure, I can stay focused and make decisions effectively.
Additionally, being multilingual is a significant advantage. I can assist players in German, English, and Italian, which helps reduce language barriers and ensures more players feel included and understood.

Yes, I fully understand that admins are not allowed to own businesses, and I am completely willing to sell it if required. I respect the rules and understand the importance of avoiding conflicts of interest.

The only real-life responsibility that may affect my availability is school. However, I have a stable schedule and can consistently be active during my stated hours. I am able to manage my time well and ensure that I remain reliable and present as an admin.

I have experience in a wide range of RP situations, including criminal roleplay, which has given me a broader understanding of how different players think and act. This helps me judge situations more fairly and understand both sides of a conflict.
