The LSPD is the main part of state law enforcement.
The LSPD is the most well-known and active police force in all of Los Santos. Every time the police stop someone for traffic, arrest them, patrol, or help the public, it changes how those people see the law. I think it's important to be a strong leader of the LSPD because it will make the quality of role-play better across the state, build trust between civilians and the law, and make role-play more realistic.
The LSPD must make sure that everyone follows the rules, the chain of command, and the department's rules. I want to be a Leader at the LSPD and make sure that all promotions are based on merit, that officers know their powers and limits, and that all wrongdoing is handled fairly and within the department. A disciplined and professional department makes role-play believable and stops an undisciplined department from abusing its power and causing chaos.
The LSPD does more than just make arrests; it also trains officers to be Investigators, Patrol Leaders, and Supervisors. I want to give all officers a chance to grow by having them role-play Report Writing, Investigations, Court Cases, and eventually be in charge of their own Departments' Leadership. Making a structure that lets Officers grow in Roleplay from this will keep them interested for a long time, not just for a short time.
