• I have experience in Government as a Deputy Governor, so i have good experience of handling and i have confidence to manage a large and disciplined unit like Federal Investigation Bureau. As a Deputy Governor i got to know that how to structure and maintain
responsibilities and ensure smooth coordination between our agents of our organization to maintain professionalism.

• Federal Investigation Bureau (FIB) is the most highest and one of the best organization in our state, and one of the most critical law enforcement agencies. So basically I want to bring more professionals units to my organization and every agent understands their duties to make my organization proper and professionalism to run smoothly

• As a leader of the Federal Investigation Bureau (FIB) as a leader, my goals is not only professionalism I want my every and each unit learn proper RP Because I will help them I will not be rude to anyone of my employee I wanna make them professional to maintain high level of RP As I believe in training agents rewarding active members and maintaining that motivates everyone to perform better. I will choose the best deputies to make my term run even in my absence.

• I will do promotion ceremony every week. I will make sure to give bonuses on time.

• I will make sure everyone get fair rank which they deserve. I will choose the best HR department to hire and train properly.

• I will make sure there will be no favoritism and there is no toxicity in the organization.
