2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific  organization? (List three reasons with explanation).
2.1 I have gained enough knowledge and experience regarding its structure and operations. Now i want to control the org as a leader and improve the org.
2.2 I will make sure that my terms run smoothly with proper internal relations, proper communication, good mutual understating and with zero favouritism. I want to improve the organization. Instead of enjoying alone, I want people to enjoy themselves so that my legacy can live on and my term can be remembered.
2.3 I will make sure that our activity will be high in every events and situations, I will be also focused in night shift and morning shift units because on that particular time Inactivity can be observed. And I will make sure that every employees gives their full efforts and dedications towards the organisation to maintain a high activity. And me myself will be involved in most situations to keep track on all my units and to observe the things and later on I will fix the loopholes that needs to be improved.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
- I will make sure that everyone receives their bonuses on time, which will help in creating an engaged environment among the Agents and allow them to perform their duties on time.
- We will maintain a good external relation with all the other organisations so we can work with good coordination in every situation.
- For night shift I will hire agents for that shift and ensure that the we are active at Night. FIB is actively involved in night events such as Bank Protection, ACC, Subs, Gang Raid , Black Market Raid and so on.
- I will ensure that promotions are only given to hardworking and deserving Agents.
- Promotions ceremony will be done every week to boost the confidence of Agents.
- To maintain the smooth flow of the functioning of FIB, Me and my deputies will constantly monitor every Agents and every department.
