2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
The driving forces behind my decision to hold a leadership position in this Emergency Medical Services organization are my strong dedication to public service and my conviction that good leadership can save lives long before a patient ever reaches the hospital. All too often, EMS personnel are the first link in the survival chain, and I want to intentionally lead in order to strengthen that link. In order to give every member of our community prompt, high-quality care when they are most in need, I want to create a culture where professionalism, competence, and compassion drive every response.
3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
1.Host Global Events on a Regular Basis: We will host Globla event specially in Promotion day for enjoying and have some fun for our EMS Family.
2.Foster Equitable Task Allocation: To prevent burnout and allow everyone to contribute constructively in a fair and pleasurable manner, make sure that the workload is divided equally among all members.
3.Promote Respectable, Friendly and Open Communication: I will promote someone who doing job great.
