   2) Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
   
   I wanna become the leader of National guard because this organization always represented discipline, unity and service above self. over the time i have developed deep connection with this organization and its purpose so i want to lead NG not just as a military unit but as a symbol of protection and professionalism that the organization looks upon.
   
   secondly, I have served in Almost all the legal organization at the rank of High command which has thought me how to balance both team work and authority, As a leader my major goal will be to provide professional and active environment where all the soldiers fell valued and motivated to give their best to the organization.
   
   Last but not the least, I will lead National Guards In such a way that , where innovations are welcomed, respected Hierarchy, and maintained high standards, My vision is to build the Organization in such a way that it aces coordination, training and Realtime operations while keeping sprit of team work at the Top.
   
   3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization
   
   firstly i will work on the department of Human resource and training so that i could get the maximum numbers to make the National Guards Active at both Day and night which was ignored in the past terms and also work on that the soldiers are well trained with frequent training sessions .
   
   secondly, Conduct frequent NG drills (inter-org training) with organizations like LSPD,SAHP,FIB to improve Skills, coordination, and team work and discipline
   and also maintain strict professionalism and promote roleplay that reflects real world military forces
   
   Last but not the least, i would like to introduce a special Rank named "Black Commando" which consist of only special and high skilled units who are responsible for dealing with high pressure situations.
