2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1) I want to become leader of this great organization because used to roleplay in the state organization for a long time but when i switched to gangs,i really stated enjoying it. In other rp i applied for gangs and after becoming leader of it, i had a lot of fun while leading the gang. However due to some ooc issues, i had to disband it before term end. But the enjoyment and experience push me to go further and gain more expirence.
2.2) The second reason of me to applying for this organization is because I haven’t had any leadership for long time. However if we talk about my past experience in gang, is that i have been leader of a gang (other rp) and have been the deputy in Really much terms. If i can use that knowledge during the interview and get leadership again, I believe i can relive the fun times I used to have. This activity would not only be a return to my old days but also a way to show the new entire ghetto that the real strongest gang is Ballas.
2.3) The last reason is that i want to use my knowledge about gangs correctly and reach the right positions as the ballas gang, i want to bring the ghetto in the new era. If i become leader, i will achieve this goal easily because in my past experience I achieved a lot and build strong activity. There will be many ballas members in the ghetto. So, other gangs will not even have a chance to walk around the ghetto. I achieved this in other rp servers and now i want to achieve ot here in brand new city.
3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
The most important thing to improve RP is definitely to avoid favoritism, because when favoritism exists, all RP gets ruined due to unfair situations. Because of favoritism, many people get punished unfairly, some dont get punished when they should, some get promoted unfairly, and others get demoted without reason. Therefore, if we remove favoritism, everything will start to work properly.
