2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1) As every law enforcement agency has its own unique purpose, the FIB has a special capabilities and opportunities to enhance RP experience for everyone. I want to use my previous experiences in both legal and illegal organizations as well as crime families to boost citizens happiness. Having worked under different leaders in various organizations, I would like to bring my own perspective to this powerful organization. To achieve this, I will empathize with criminals and as well as other law enforcement agencies.
2.2)I believe a good FIB leader must be mature, calm under pressure, and fair to both civilians and criminals. My goal is to build a disciplined and active team that focuses on proper investigations, evidence collection, undercover operations, and strong internal organization.
2.3) One of the last reasons I would like to become the leader of FIB is to keep making sure that the right Officers get their opportunity to shine out. Giving them all their important responsibilities they need to become a future leader. Thanks to being a deputy in various organisations, I learned from many different leaders of how to lead departments. Teaching me new skills everyday and how to act differently in situations in order to improve from day to day. I have noticed that the only way of learning is by cooperating with other Units. Team work skills are crucial to win and dominate situations. Respecting each other and other organisations allows you to grow stronger and lead towards success.
3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
3.1)I would improve roleplay by encouraging members to stay in character at all times and respect RP rules.
3.2) Regular trainings and roleplay scenarios would help members gain experience and confidence.
I would also lead by example and correct mistakes calmly to maintain high RP quality.
3.3)Trying out new layouts for ghetto patrols, special missions on the highway, crackdown on gang and criminal activity all over the state, good coordination with all other leaders and leading the way for all state organizations and bringing up state to the level that it was intended for. Right now, due to a lack of coordination between state orgs, we are struggling with good numbers and winning events. We are gonna change that, all the mistakes made in the past few terms, I will start rectifying and fixing up and turning state back to its former glory.
