1.Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
I want to become an admin because Ive been in the city for a long time and I feel like Ive reached a point where I can give back more to the server outside of normal RP. Ive spent a lot of time in different situations, met all kinds of players, and learned how the city works from both the legal and illegal side. Because of that, I feel like I can now be more useful helping the server directly rather than only being involved in RP.
Another reason is that I genuinely enjoy helping people. Whether its answering questions, helping newer players understand how things work, or stepping in when situations become unfair or messy, thats something I actually like doing. I also still notice a lot of rule breaks and situations where people either need help or need someone to handle things properly, and I believe I have the time, patience, and server knowledge to do that.
Leaving RP-life for an admin role is not because Im bored of the city, but because I want to be part of keeping it enjoyable for everyone else. I know being an admin is not just about powers, its about responsibility, fairness, activity, and maturity. That is the kind of role I feel ready for.

3.What are your weaknesses?
One weakness I have is that I sometimes find it difficult to say no, especially when I know I have the time to help. Because of that, I can occasionally take on too much at once instead of pacing myself better.
Another weakness is that when too many people are talking at the same time, it can become overwhelming for a moment. However, even in those situations I still know how to control my behavior, stay respectful, and focus on what actually matters.
I also take responsibilities seriously, so sometimes I can overthink whether I handled something in the best possible way. At the same time, I see that as something that helps me improve because I always try to learn from situations rather than repeat mistakes.
These are things Im aware of, and Ive gotten much better at managing them over time.
