2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
- (Leadership) Why I would love to be the leader of LSPD and I think LSPD need a leader that know how to get out with the public and show how strong LSPD is and how LSPD handles their self in a store or any events.LSPD should be hold up to a standard that roleplay need and i see a lot of leaders free ranking anyone it needs to be earn and one thing i been seeing is LSPD and another thing i want to promote people by their abilities not there past rank i want them to show me how they do their job and il promote off that not just there past rank if i get shown they can do their job right then they well promote to there the spot i think there do the best another thing i want to be tested with all the orgs in the legal side and talk with LI and another thing i want to have PR department that is the best to build up a relationship with your community!!
- (Teamwork) Why i want to be a leader of LSPD then the other orgs i been LSPD i want to show how strong LSPD is. and i want to have LSPD at max numbers and. and another thing i would do is bring traffic division back to life and have traffic cops keeping are highways safe and all that gang activity i want them to fear LSPD when they get on highway and do gang activity and i want to make a statement LSPD is not to be mess with and show how strong are units are together!!
- (Departments) What I want with departments is a good thing it would be a (COS) would be over seer over thare department what i think the (HOD) dose it all well the cos make sure the sub-department remans stability and i would have a weekly meeting with my COS and HOD and also i another meeting with the hole LSPD how we can improve are self's and I want all of departments to be managed all times and i want to bring better roleplay and work with the creators to bring the department glory days back and I want hr to attempt to be on 24-7 and at the end of the day we want a LSPD community that would love to be in a department that would run good without having the cos or hod leave i want everyone to earn their spot in LSPD!!
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
How i would make roleplay better is how we do store rob and we would rename personal at all times and i think another way is by just roleplaying more like /me commands and another thing is the training process would change within the department i would have a new system it would be training at the airport and thare is more ideas i have
